Check our official verification page for the current server names list. Cross-reference with the pinned #server-list channel in our official Discord. If the server name does not appear in both places, it is NOT one of our servers. Never trust server names sent to you via DM.

Packages are purchased through our official store at bigfatmods.com/survivor/store. After purchase, link your gaming account via Discord bot commands, then collect your kit at the in-game vending machine. Each package is one account only; kits reset each wipe. See our pricing page.

Absolutely not. Our packages include clothing, medical supplies, and backpacks only — never weapons, ammo, or combat items. A skilled free player will always outperform a paying casual. This is non-negotiable for us.

All sales are final once a kit has been redeemed in-game. If you purchased but have not yet claimed, contact us in Discord within 24 hours. We cannot refund purchases made from unofficial sources. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Wipe cycles vary: most servers wipe monthly, hardcore servers bi-weekly. Exact wipe dates are announced in Discord 48 hours in advance. Apex and Pro subscribers receive early announcements. Check each server on our servers page.

We run a "survival of the fittest" philosophy — no KoS rules, no raid restrictions on PvP servers. However, cheating, exploiting bugs, threatening real-life identities, doxxing, and slurs result in permanent bans with no appeal. Full rules are in the Discord #rules channel.

After purchasing, join the Discord and go to #bot-commands. Use the subscriber bot command (pinned) to link your Gamertag, PSN ID, or Steam ID. Your kit will then appear at the in-game vending machine. Instructions are also in #subscriber-guide.

Yes. We run servers on all three platforms. Xbox and PlayStation use the in-game Community Server browser. PC uses Steam server browser or DayZ Launcher. Each platform has its own store: Console and PC. See our servers page.

PvP: full open-world combat, kill on sight allowed. PvE: player-on-player combat disabled or discouraged, focus on survival. Hardcore: maximum difficulty — reduced loot, no crosshair, first-person only, harsh weather. See Hardcore and PvP pages for more.

Server names and IPs can change. The most current info is always in our Discord at #server-list. On Xbox/PlayStation, search the name in the Community Server browser. On PC, use the server browser or connect via direct IP from Discord.

Yes. Open a ticket in Discord at #ban-appeals. Provide your platform username, ban date, and your case. All bans require evidence before being applied. Permanent bans for cheating are non-negotiable.
